Hey ASA

ASA organization 'leadership' lacks racial diversity. If you don't fit their profile, then you are bottom of the list and will never get heard.

Arlington

The OP was definitely talking about Alexandria. Who knows after that.

ASA’s (Arlington or Alexandria) biggest problem isn’t diversity, it’s SYC.

The ASA keyboard warrior is once again rushing to defend ASA Soccer—sounding more like a paid spokesperson than an impartial voice—while dismissing the organization’s well-documented issues with toxicity, nepotism, and class bias. Awful!

This is why we pay our executive director to do. Stalk the forum. Cause obviously, he is not replying to any of the unanswered emails.

Hey folks. Be aware that this is a frequent poster and probably a frustrated parent at another club. Maybe a former Alexandria parent. It's a pretty clear tell that many of these Alexandria criticisms are followed by an accusation against the "ASA keyboard warrior." One frustrated person created a character and consistently references that character/figment. There aren't multiple people referencing the "keyboard warrior." Every large club is the target of allegations from anonymous critics on this board. And a lot of them then chalk up counterpoints to the club coaches or admin. It's a common pattern. I'm not saying there's no truth in those criticisms, but take them with a grain of salt if you're considering a club.

Calling the poster a ‘frustrated parent’ is a classic deflection tactic. The issues at ASA—toxicity, nepotism, and class bias—aren’t anecdotes or figments; they’re repeatedly documented concerns from multiple parents and players. Mocking the messenger doesn’t change the reality of what’s happening at the club. If ASA wants credibility, it should focus on addressing these problems rather than trying to gaslight those pointing them out.
