What is a reasonable price to pay a junk pick up service to take a sectional couch?

This can't be true. OP, call around. We paid $150 last year for a truck full of furniture. I think we used 123 Junk.

We paid $370 2 years ago to College Hunks to take a sectional. Seemed outrageous but nobody was wanting it for free

Our regular HOA trash service does it for free but you have to call and schedule it for a day they are doing it.
