Help ranking JO Wilson, Miner, Peabody

If you are IB for Maury (likely to leave in K
anyways), maybe just Go with what is closest. JOW is a going to be a good choice but also a more popular choice with the brand new renovation. Peabody only sometimes has oob ece spots. People tend to like Miner ECE even if they leave for Maury or lottery out later on.

Peabody is amazing for ECE. The entire school is focused on ECE --meaning the specials teachers have this background as well. Being in this type of community has been more than we could have ever hoped for.

PP here, mom to two Cluster kid success stories. No one is saying Peabody isn’t amazing for ECE. It is. But given what we have gleaned about OP’s situation (IB for Maury, needing to flush out PK3 backup list), the discussion of whether to rank Miner or JOW higher is more relevant. Peabody historically has not been able to give any OOB spots for PK3.

Fully agree with this unless they are on the edge of the Maury boundary that’s very walkable Miner, especially if one parent is not in their NoMa office 5 days a week. Then I’d consider doing it Peabody, Miner, JOW.
