Read. IT's being sold AS IS. No inspection. Black mold.

Are they not allowing inspectors on the property? As-is doesn’t mean that a prospective buyer cannot get an inspection for their own information. It means that the sellers won’t address any issues or entertain inspection contingencies.

That's exactly what it means. They don't let you do inspections.

Speaking from experience, I would never touch a house with bamboo again, no matter how good the price is or what reassurances are provided.

That’s not what as-is means. It means they won’t negotiate price on the basis of inspection. You can still have an all-or-nothing contingency or do a pre-offer inspection.

Really? Why? Was the topic the same? I didn't see any thread about this...

I started it. Not sure why it was deleted. Someone said the name of the vet who was maybe the owner. Maybe she asked for it to be deleted.

It says no inspection contingency. You can still do your own inspection.

How does that work? I assume the seller has to cooperate with the potential buyer to schedule a time for the inspection?

Yes, perfect for a vet or another business. The street is too busy, no front yard and doesn’t seem to be much of backyard either.

Better to be at home than a hospital, right?

It doesn't look like a hoarder house. Just like somebody still lives there. Whoever lived with the old person.

Yeah. You can see a dog to the side in one of the kitchen pictures.

Does as is mean you have yo remove all the trash too they won't clear it out? Its odd that bathrooms are updated yet trashed like that.

Ew, this house makes me want to clean my own.
Like right now……

No really, yes it appears that someone who lived there probably died (the medical bed) there as well.

It can have great potential but one would have to invest a huge amount of both time as well as labor.
And it will take a forklift to haul everything out.

Nightmare.

Great deal if you can get it under 750k. I would clean it up and rent it out to NIH employees. You can walk to the YMCA too.

If you are asking this question, it's a mistake.
