Thoughts on these townhouses in Mclean

Growing up, I had friends who lived in that neighborhood. It was great--very convenient to downtown McLean as well as Tyson's. And, surprisingly, the road noise isn't as bad as you'd think it would be. The houses are nicely sized, with cute backyards, and it has a nice neighborly feel.

Could be the underwhelming entrance.

But it likely could be the fact that this townhome doesn’t have anything special about it.
Meaning no “ooomph” factor.

The kitchen is nicely modern but the bathrooms look pretty ordinary.

Though overall I think it is a lovely home. 🏡

there is also another home for sale in the hallcrest community..looks outdated though and not the best location in the community

Out of the townhouses listed right now, do you think this would sell for closer to 830/840K? Are these townhomes good for putting on rent??
