Not necessarily. They can be even worse against people who share their color because mentally they HAVE to blame them for what they are doing to them. They have to believe these people are so bad they deserve what they get. They have to show off for the white boys, even if they will end up taking the fall. Look at the statistics- the only time excessive force charges tend to stick is when they’re against nonwhite cops.

They don’t want to see systemic issues because if they did, their whole world would fall apart.
