If you have thin fine hair do use conditioner?

Using conditioner before washing works better for me.

I do. I ordered Prose. I don't love their shampoo or other products, but their conditioner is nice and light.

I have to or I have fly aways

I would not be able to brush it if I didn't.

Always or else it is too tangled. I love the Pantene Miracle spray leave-in conditioner. Very light weight.

What is the scent like?

I just do mid shaft to ends and my bangs (bleached). Just avoid your scalp.

It’s a light fruity floral scent with a little coconut. Similar to Ouai’s St Bart, actually, but fainter/lighter.

I use a volume shampoo and conditioner, not a ‘moisturizing’ type.

Do you put it on the ends only?

I recently saw some instagram hairdresser who preaches no conditioner, no brushing or combing when wet- blow dry with usual styling products instead. I’ve been doing this this week and it’s working out fine but I don’t know what difference it makes re breakage and damage

I am intrigued but… how does this work? Does the hair dry with tangles?

I have babyfine thin hair. My stylist recommended conditioning my hair and scalp, and told me not to rinse it out and blot with a towel. I was dubious it would look greasy but it’s made a huge difference in the health of my hair, especially in the winter.

This.

Shampoo is for your scalp, conditioner is for your hair.
