How to Model Financial Planning in ChatGPT?

Anonymous
You're much better off perusing bogleheads and watching some financial planning videos on YouTube. There are just too many variables and investing is a very personal thing.

ChatGPT is just pulling information from other websites and doing bad math and frequently making shit up.

I can't wait for people to start posting that their agentic AI sold all of their stocks and bought memestonks because the LLMs training included Reddit and 4chan.

Then I ask how much they will grow if I add specific contributions each year, like I use $25k, $50k, $75k, and $100k. Then I ask what I can withdraw annually using a 4% withdrawal rate starting in 10 years or 15 years under each scenario.

What if the real rate of return is zero?

So far from reality over a long period as to be stupid.

I'm the OP and I'm a big proponent of Bogleheds. They just aren't into using ChatGPT, hence the question.

For calculators, I primarily use FireCalc and FiCalc. Our FA also runs scenarios for us. We used ChatGPT for top dividend producers using certain parameter. Nothing we are ready to act on, but I'm all about being proactive before wanting/needing something.
