My favorite with a stand up collar for jeans/business casual are the Rag & Bone Slade Ponte jackets- there are usually a couple colors/patterns out each season.

I love Veronica Beard blazers. They retail usually for $600-$800 but you can find them on consignment in the $175-$300 range.

That looks very boxy—not tailored at all. |
Perhaps I used the wrong adjective . . . well-constructed, then. It's not boxy, but it also isn't cut like a suit jacket. |

Are you looking for a boxy men’s cut blazer or something tailored for a woman’s curves?
It’s hard to find the latter these days unless you buy something on the shorter side. I know women who swear by J Crew and J Crew Outlet as less expensive options. They are too short for me, but they do seem to be cut better than most of the jackets linked in this thread. I bought a nice RL tweed at the outlet this winter. It’s boxier than I prefer, yet still more tailored than anything I could find in the mall. |
| Bumping this. I am looking for tailored blazers. I see any at Ann Taylor website but all are final sale. |
