Tooth fell out, what now?

ER won’t do anything. If the tooth has already fallen out or can’t be salvaged, insurance won’t do anything either. You likely will have to pay for an implant, bridge, etc. out of pocket.

Also, If OP’s teeth are as bad as she says they are, meaning they are already loose and falling out, she probably won’t be able to get implants without a graft and without multiple long appointments over several months.

DG is getting an implant right now and insurance is covering 50%

Even with good insurance, it’s about 4,000 for an implant and crown from a reputable dentist.

Yes, a bridge might be the quickest, cheapest option.
