How long does it take a club to remove an abusive coach?

Not really by definition - one person's view of "abusive" is another person's tough/intense and gets good results/outcomes. The lines really get blurred at times.

Because rather than have a conversation with the club with specific concrete examples of abuse, parents instead choose to gossip in secret with vague accusations of abuse and expect the club to do something about that. Just my guess.

-Well, at some clubs the communication is non-existent or the club leadership is absent. So, some parents have to revert to DCUM to bounce their thoughts off some kind of sounding board that is likely more responsive than the club actually is. -Some clubs are more approachable than others.
