The vast majority of women in DC behave like this. They don’t even bother to turn it down in a professional setting. Workplace drama/bullying is worse than middle school.

Like so much pot stirring, exclusivity, oversensitivity, and also a lot of man hating. Like they’re even meaner to men then they are to other women. For women in their mid 30s, does it get any better as you get older? I love my job here and love DC itself but I’m ready to find a husband and have a family but that’s proving to be difficult despite being on dating apps and going out all the time.
