Why can you seek and take VERA if you meet the terms? If you are taking about DRP then that is different, no?

1. Advocate for yourself, don't ask do get! esp working in as Fed.
2. Be friendly with your HR admin.
3. Be friendly with your boss and co-workers.
4. Don't over worry or think about it! go to 1. on the list

I'm at a small agency and our HR has been outsourced. I doubt they know anything.
