Did you try the two pieces at Lands end?
These are boy short bottoms: https://www.landsend.com/products/womens-tugless-high-waisted-swim-boy-shorts/id_390214?attributes=8063,43307,43325,44256,44967 And there are any number of conservative tankini tops there. |
Remember that you can wear a different brand on top than on bottom - just don't get two black pieces. You can get a black bottom and pink top from two different brands, for example. |
| Have you looked at Talbots? They have their Aqua Club line that includes XS. The size chart says that is equivalent to a size 2. |

I have the suit for you! It’s baleaf on Amazon!

Yes, I actually purchased both bottom and top, reading reviews to see what might fit. The smallest size of 2 is too large. |
| Have you tried Nordstrom? I’m 5’2” and purchased my last one piece there, online, conservative cut. |
| If you’re busty, gonna be difficult |
Do you know the brand? |
I'm not busty! |
| Spanx makes a high necked suit that is said to run small. The bottom is not a boyshort but is a fuller coverage style. |
Yeah, I second this. They also make petite sizing in swim. |
| Albion Fit has a lot of conservatively cut suits. I don't know how they fit on short women though. |
| I found a tankini swimsuit at Amazon that is square cut top and boy shorts on the bottom, which was the combo I wanted. |
