Remember that you can wear a different brand on top than on bottom - just don't get two black pieces. You can get a black bottom and pink top from two different brands, for example.

Have you looked at Talbots? They have their Aqua Club line that includes XS. The size chart says that is equivalent to a size 2.

Yes, I actually purchased both bottom and top, reading reviews to see what might fit. The smallest size of 2 is too large.

Albion Fit has a lot of conservatively cut suits. I don't know how they fit on short women though.

I found a tankini swimsuit at Amazon that is square cut top and boy shorts on the bottom, which was the combo I wanted.
