Montgomery County property valuations for tax assessments

Property taxes are basically theft from your local governments and especially from Moco.

just got my assessment and of course its going up, phased over 3 years and guess what when they assess in 3 years, its going to go up again

pay all this money just for the county to ban gas blowers. not one better services in 12 years of steady increases

I thought about moving to VA, but with their new governor, they will be as bad as maryland soon

you guys are in for a tough time. Nova elected her and VA is going to be much worse off b/c of it.

Anyone I can hire to greive my assessment. I tried myself last time and did not work so rather find someone who do it for me.

Think about how much someone will cost and what the lower assessment value you seek will save you. Doubt it’s worth it.
