Nerve pain related to poor posture?
It can be anywhere in rib cage. It’s an inflammation of the cartilage (which is through the rib cage), most often at sternum. Also could be one of your intercostal muscles or in the fascia. Upper ribs is not really indicative of gall bladder. GERD? |
It really does sound like a muscle spasm. Not working out isn’t really a factor if you’ve tweaked something or as another poster suggested a shoulder forward posture. Try stretching your pecs & shoulders. Could easily be a trigger point or referred pain.
My gallbladder pain was more achey than sharp.
Get a scan. Could be a number of things. I just found out I have a haital hernia. I also have a gallstone. I am not doing anything to treat these.
