Are all the high school seniors students who applied ED?

Yeah but loads of kids EA to schools they really like and find out in the fall.

We had the most relaxed, joyful process last year with my '25er because she fell in love with a perfect fit school that has a 60% acceptance rate, applied ED, was accepted with generous merit, and was done.
