We do shift work so ours isn’t set for standard hours. Generally it’s 68 when we’re home though and 65 for a few hours overnight ( 10pm-5am)
If I’m cold during the day I’ll put it at 70 til the next cycle kicks in.

64 night, 65 day. If it's sunny, the house will naturally warm a few extra degrees.

72 all the time and I’m constantly in front of the fireplace or in the hot tub. That said, I’m a little underweight due to a health condition.

We keep it at 73 in the morning and evenings, and at 70 at night and during the day when I'm the only one at home.

Now in the summer we keep it at 78 or even up to 80!

Sure, too bad for your kids and their peers that you’re burning up the planet because you’re too lazy to put on a cardigan to warm up your body instead of the entire house.

65 at night

These temperatures are nice to see but not really useful. A 72 in my house can be slightly chilly while a 72 in someone else’s house can be almost warm.

I love sleeping with layers of wool blankets and down duvets, so at night we turn the heat down to 63. It is set to start warming the house up to 71 by 6am, when I get up to start my yoga practice. In y yoga room, I have a radiant heater set to heat the room to 81.

You must be old

Nope and my kids would freeze at those mid 60’s too. I don’t think people should have to wear multiple layers in their own homes.
