I discovered this station within the past week on my drive to work. They actually play a decent range of music, some of it I hadn’t heard before but it was good to listen along to. There are 2 huge pluses for this station: no commercials and no presenters / hosts, so it’s just music. Nothing else. |

I loved the Greaseman--he introduced an language that my friends still use to this day (we're in our 50s). Namely: Dische, or Slice the Dische. I have no idea what it meant, but every once in a while I bust out with a dische when something good happens. |

There is one that was playing holiday songs. Forgot station. It was okay for a short drive. holiday nostalgia surfaced. don't know what other types of music or programs the station plays outside holiday season.
Wamu. 90.9 with Linda Carducci and breakfast baroque. 89.3 jazz. And aires 'Democracy Now' in the morning and I think another hour in afternoon. ESPN radio. |
