I looked this past August for the eclipse and the only hotel was like 800$/night for crappy. I imagine flights will be $$ as well. |

If you have 2+ weeks do Alaska- it is the absolutely the best trip I’ve ever taken. But it’s a long way out there, and there is so much to see it’s most worth it if you have the time. (Definitely do the land trip!! Denali is absolutely spectacular)
We haven’t done Iceland yet, and I love geology, so I’m eager to go. But it’s close to here, so we’ll probably do a 6-7 day trip at some point. It doesn’t feel like it needs the same length of trip to see |
