A 720 in math would be impressive for a liberal arts school student. |
What about it? Quite Common. |

List is missing at least 2 schools:
Harvey Mudd St Olaf |
It is in OP's list |
|
you are all so weird you have me pulling my hair out
you have no idea and no way of knowing which of these schools is better for math or worse and the bottom line is it doesn't matter anyway why does the college forum attract so many weirdos, egg heads, and nerds?? |
| It's interesting how this sub creates its own ideas of what is acceptable and what isn't. How the Claremont Colleges became the 3Cs is beyond me, but I'm assuming the East Coast moms declared Scripps and Pitzer not sacred enough to be associated with their affiliate colleges. |
A bit overreactive. If you have an opinion on the topic, share, but this has little to do with what's being discussed. |
it has everything to do with the topic. the point is you all know nothing. egg headed weirdos |
Okay, but you have the capacity to be productive and share what you believe people are getting wrong. This is childish. |
Carleton makes no snse, but everything else tracks. |
| They're all great options. Really can't go wrong with any of them. I'd recommend shifting your thinking from looking for the "best" to looking for the place where your kid is most likely to bring their best. |
no one is getting anything wrong or right. you're all just navel gazing because you don't actually KNOW shit. |
When you apply to graduate school, they will be demarcating who is from the "best" however. A Williams student will be looked upon much more favorably than a Harvey Mudd student than a Carleton student. |
Can you just leave? Like complain anywhere else, but I'm reporting this nonsense, because it is ruining the thread from productive discussion. |
Who goes to Amherst for math? It's a prelaw school. |
