He started at community college and is hopefully a resident by the time he transfers to state school or even his last year in CC.
DC Tag is too much paperwork.
He got his healthcare in VA and I don't need him to file as HH.

DC TAG is simple to fill out…you are still better off getting in state VA tuition, but it’s silly to claim it’s too much paperwork.

THey don't "hate DC". They are trying to reduced the 38 trillion in debt racked up by democrats. We can't continue this way. So, no, it's absurd to increase DC Tag now. Every bill to do this has failed.

Side note: W and trump are responsible for 60% of the entire national debt and even more if you factor in the spending Obama and Biden had to do to clean up their messes.

Carry on.

You’re so cute when you’re wrong.

Modern Monetary Theory anyone? Republicans secretly play it and accuse Democrats of it - it originated from a Republican Economist. Democrats want to openly play it but get slammed with "common sense" house hold budget analogies.

This is one of the stupidest economic theories out there. It only works if people want the US dollar. People can't imagine a time when that won't be the case, but it's coming sooner than you think.

Because it is part of trump's agenda to destroy it.

It take about 4 minutes to fill out the DC Tag form and upload the documentation (ie tax form and proof of residency) to their portal.

Is that really too much for your kid to handle?

Uhh, political talk doesn’t belong on this board but Republicans absolutely hate DC and have been looking for excuses to micromanage local affairs for decades. Please give your bad faith fiscal responsibility screed a rest.
