You have a happy life. You have room to grow in your income, namely your salary. Focus on that. |

| I would not do it. If you were craving something else or were unhappy with your current life, maybe. But it sounds like you actually like your current lives, so the extra money isn’t really worth it to you. Plus, it is risky with all the factors people have noted above. Just the fact that he doesn’t have confidence in the leadership team is all I would need to know. |
