I just watched a video about navy divers and have some other questions

DC used to have a mounted patrol but it was discontinued in 2020. They rode down our street to Fort Reno one day during Covid.

The mounted police in DC now are primarily Park Service. Someone can apply for the mounted program after serving for one year. https://www.doi.gov/blog/ambassadors-safety-meet-us-park-police-horse-mounted-patrol

Para rescue jumpers have insane training as well.

I’m a retired Marine. 20% of navy recruits fail a basic swimming test. The USMC does not keep statistics, but I helped on average 10% of my peers train to pass their swim quals.
You don’t get selected to train to be a Navy diver without being a highly proficient swimmer. Not necessarily competitive with fast times.
BTW, people get washed out of BUDS all the time – mostly its injuries due to the training – which is a lot more than just swimming. A lot of running, running carrying logs on a beach, etc.
