I get what you’re saying, and yes—people can call if they want. But the larger point is that the Club shouldn’t be asking families to register for a program without providing the basic information upfront.
For something like a summer league, it’s reasonable for parents to expect clarity on:
What league this is actually for
What the program includes (training sessions, number of games, dates)
Which other clubs are participating
What the cost is
Who the coaches will be
Those are standard details that most clubs provide before opening registration, and they’re important for families trying to decide if the program is a good fit. People shouldn’t have to guess, assume, or chase down information that should have been included in the announcement in the first place.
Calling the club shouldn’t be a workaround for missing details — the info should simply be communicated clearly from the start.
