Not getting along with a coworker. Please advise.

I agree with this. Being a passive, insecure “yes person” it’s not likely to lead to success at work or in life. This is a great opportunity to practice being more effective. You don’t like it and makes you uncomfortable, but you can lean into that discomfort and learn some new skills.
