If they are replacing with those poles (like on CT in Kensington), why wouldn’t they install the new before removing the old? Or is there a newer, less obvious technology already installed that maybe we can’t see?

The county is getting a new contractor and therefore, new equipment.

The one on 28 just west of Muncaster mill used to be both directions. Then it disappeared for a couple of weeks, now it’s only on the WB side.
Hate that camera at 530 in the morning.
