Are there any T25 Colleges/Universities that are need aware?

It's weird bcs the schools who say they are need blind are literally not supposed to see this on the app.

the only thing I wonder is if the FA dept looks at CSS profile (or not) and decides NN. And this comes up .. at what point, I wonder

No, they look at the careers and education level (and/or private school and fancy ECs) and make that NN distinction. The example in the podcast was based on parent careers.

All the schools that are providing free tuition based on income are implicitly saying they are need aware.
