Would you think Starbucks or Lululemon would make the better part-time job opportunity?

Starbucks would be more effort, but more stimulating and they offer benefits even for part time employees (401k, etc).

Lulu would be a cakewalk but also kind of dull and you could end up in a weird situation where it's you and a 22 year old that you have nothing in common with in the store for hours at a time, alone.

My DD's friends who are in the early 20's work at LLL. I would rather work there. I think they do get a discount, plus at malls there might be a mall employee discount available.

Make sure you work somewhere where you get free parking or a transportation subsidy.

I don’t think Starbucks will hire you unless you’re alternative, funky or LGBQ.

Is there a way to compare pay taking tips or other service fees (Starbucks) into account? That could make a difference, as well as broader hours available (or required) at Starbucks.
