Tipping hair dresser owner

Twenty percent. On $140 I'd just tip $30.

This "You don't tip the salon owner" stuff is outdated etiquette perpetuated by people who don't want to tip because they are cheap.

I used to tip $40 on $160. Then they added a $10 "covid fee" and it is still on there. I did not increase my tip.
