Is this just on the designated conference day? I can see limiting it to three on that day so everyone can talk to the three teachers they most want to see. Can’t you just contact the other teachers and set up a meeting or a zoom on a different day?

As a general principle, if forced to choose, focus on teachers for the classes where DC has the worst results or where DC struggles the most. Focus questions on what DC should be doing differently to improve the grade in that class. Most teachers will have a good idea.

It's a balance between number of days off for conferences and the number of conferences. They'd have to have double the amount of time if they offered double the number of slots. Is that the trade off you want?
