Me too sometimes, but not everyone. And if it didn't have that it would generate no income at all. Plenty of people do use all of those websites even if they are clunky because they can handle the irritation for the free recipe. I'm not saying I like it, but I don't think I'm owed a never ending supply of free recipes for any food I could think of that also is an optimized user experience. |
What women? There are no humans behind these constantly-changing cooking blogs. It used to be a possible to find a person whose recipes you liked and then follow them, but now it's endless AI slop with no human, and certainly no test cooking involved. OP, it's back to basics. Subscribe to NYT cooking and/or Bon Appetit, and don't even bother with the bots. If you must search for a recipe on the wild web, tack on the name of a cook you trust. I like Alton Brown. |
| I don't actually need test cooking. I really like some home cooks I follow on Instagram, some professional chefs. Instagram often has the recipe pinned and posted. |
