Do private schools solicit parent feedback?

Ours does fairly regularly. Catholic k-8. OP, which school? What mundane/logistical concerns?

Our catholic k-8 solicits parent feedback on community events through the parent teacher association, but I’ve never seen a parent survey from the school leadership. That said, the principal and other school admin have been open to feedback and suggestions.

Ours (SSSAS) asks for feedback but doesn't really seem to do anything in response.

I think that's pretty common though. They're looking at ten year trends, not your family's specific experience.

They all should.

Not once has the school ever solicited parent feedback, asked for parent ideas for improvement, or asked parents how they thought things were going — or indicated that they care. Maybe that’s bc they think their policies come from God and therefore can’t be questioned?

But is this typical of other private schools? Do other schools try to take the pulse of the parents and try to improve via formal polls, etc?

Most privates dont care what parents think and they don’t ask.

Not in my experience. They solicit parent contributions.
