We bring Dunkin munchkins or we bake cookies. It’s 15 minutes at the end of the school day.

At my kids’ school, the norm is for the birthday kid to bring in a birthday snack. It can’t be homemade, though. People do donuts, cupcakes, cookies, etc. Some people put together little goodie bags.
