DP me either! Getting all the way to the ground and then going back up has never been a thing for me. I am working on it more now at 41 than I ever have so maybe 42 will be my year. |
| Nope but I'm not a facist, so |
| I’m a pretty strong woman and I can’t do 22 full pushups (to the ground) in a minute. I’m skeptical many women can. |
|
They have not caught me yet, so I consider myself to have bested them.
Romanticizing ICE agents in 2025 like they are the Navy SEALS is a terrible idea. |
| I’m a 50 year old woman. I could do the sit ups and runs with no problems. I’m currently struggling with a shoulder injury and I don’t think I could do the pushups. I could have three months ago before I messed up my shoulder. |
I am 44, would call myself pretty strong too, and can do that easily. Probably in less than half the allotted time and without needing to break. Most women just do not train upper body but this is not a very ambitious or unreachable requirement. It just takes regular strength training that does not evolve around three to five glutes day a week. |
| I have a farm, I can definitely do this. I can do pull-ups as a woman who doesn’t gym, which I hear is pretty rare. |
It is actually pretty rare even among women who go to the gym. |
What the hell does being fit have to do with being a fascist? I can do the test at 47 but it no way does that mean I'm joining ICE FFS. |
I am a woman who can do a lot of things (push ups are no problem for me) but had to train for a year just to do 5 pull ups. |
Most women could not without training to do it. Like 90%. Most men could not do this with training like 60%. With training almost all men could do this and more than 2/3 of the women. |
