It would have been helpful if the article did a comparison with how much other nonprofits spent on travel/conferences per person so that we'd know if $1000/person is out of line. But if they did that, of course there would be no story. |

Hardly the lap of luxury to spend $100K on that. In fact, they spent just over $1K per person between airfare, hotel, food, and their training. I mean, that’s cheap. |
