| Have you looked at Spot Hero, which has spots in the fairly empty shopping center lots? I do this periodically for events in the city and the pricing has not been bad especially since you can a garage that is literally steps to the station. I know they have monthly fees. |
You can get a monthly pass that makes it cheaper though. |
| There must be some un-zoned parking blocks on the D.C. side of FH near the Jenifer Street Metro entrance? I also see people parking in the lot behind Rodman's, not sure what that costs. Or maybe the lot by Michael's crafts. |

You can park in the public lot by the Bethesda Metro.
There are some non-permitted streets in the Friendship Heights area but they aren't that close to the metro stop. Try 47th just south of Western, next to Fort Bayard park. |
| check the private garages for cost of monthly permits. |
|
Probably cheaper to take an uber 1.5 m than pay for parking near friendship heights.

This is why I drive in. If I park Bethesda between parking and metro almost $20.
I can find a garage near work for $20 bucks |
There are not because we don’t want you parking here. We thought through this 25 years ago |
| Buses are the best option. They are usually decent, occasionally infuriating. |
I actually am the person you’re replying to, and I live near Rodman’s, so I have no problem parking in the neighborhood. But I’m sure there is SOME unzoned parking somewhere nearby. |
