What are some ideas for "target schools","reach schools" for sat 1520, gpa 4.0, male, poli sci?

Target- Wake Forest, W & M, state flagship honors program

Reaches- anything in T-25 is a reach

OP - there's not a lot of information here. Is the 4.0 GPA unweighted with top rigor? Or is it a weighted GPA with run of the mill rigor?

Is the gpa from a public HS where almost half the class graduates with a 4.0? Or is it at a rigorous private where it's hard to graduate with a 3.7 and top rigor?

The 1520 SAT is impressive and should give good academic gravitas.

Regardless, I do think all the DC-based schools - Georgetown, GWU, AU - should be in the mix. Location matters. Close proximity to DC and NYC would be a priority for this major.
