I had it while pregnant - it was miserable. Trying to write thank you notes from my shower nearly killed me because my hand would go numb after 1. I got a special keyboard and mouse at work which really helped.
FWIW, yours might calm down on its own once your hormones relax. OP, are you breastfeeding? I had horrible joint pain until about 5 months PP and was breastfeeding - like unable to walk down the stairs without gripping the rail and wincing. OB said it was hormone related and sure enough, it started to subside around 5 months - although I breastfed for a year, I think my hormones just settled down around that time. |
