Not exactly the same, but try What Alice Forgot, by Liane Moriarty
I read it back when it came out, early in my marriage. Loved it on multiple levels - first as an interesting, easy-to-read novel, and also as a thoughtful take on how we view and show up in our own life and the other choices we might make instead. (Road-not-taken, albeit in a different way.) |
