His crime?

Not charged. That’s the point. But look him up. Tons of fraud against investors, lies, taking money etc.

He was booted with a 2B exit package and is now investing again

Well they didn’t.

For women, of course. But guys like the WeWork scammers, they get a pass

This. I'm not saying what she did was right. Or what Elizabeth Holmes did. Or Martha Stewart, but as much as we eviscerate bad women leaders, we venerate bad men for the same immoral, illegal behaviors.

Grasping at straws. She knew she was cooked.

Looking forward to seeing her prison style of using coke cans to do her face framing layers

Curious what role if any JP Morgan played in the derivatives schemes that led to the Great Recession in 2008.

So he's guilty because he wasn't charged?

Sometimes we even elect them.

Because what you are saying is not true.

That was caused by mortgage fraud on Main Street not on Wall Street. They made it worse but it was a failing of many many normal people.

Ms. Javice’s legal team, which recently added Alexandra Shapiro, one of Sean Combs’s lawyers, presented 114 letters of support from people hoping to persuade the judge to be lenient in his sentencing. Among them were four rabbis, one cantor, a formerly incarcerated judge, two doormen and a person who works at the marina near Ms. Javice’s Miami Beach residence.

One letter writer noted that Judge Hellerstein had spoken at his great-uncle’s funeral. And many people mentioned Ms. Javice’s ongoing fertility treatments and how several years in prison could affect her ability to have children.

Maybe don't spit in the court's face if you want a light sentence.

First Wharton would not be implicated because they did nothing. It was a professor there who did it on his own. So nothing for Wharton. For the professor, what he did was not illegal. Full stop. He did not make fake accounts. It was how the data was used that was illegal.

Issue with WeWork was different. The data was all there and clear. Nothing was made up. The business model just did not work and everyone ignored that it did not work.
