Haitians moved to a small town in Ohio for work. Why wouldn't West Virginians?

Because immigrants have (generally) a better work ethic than American born citizens. They also got gov help to settle into those areas.

You don't need an SSN just a tax payer ID number to get an EIN for your business

I’m at a local title one school with 65% Hispanics. No impact. We did have a lot of Afghan immigrants too and no impact.
