My son is younger than yours but he’s on instant release. He takes two doses per day and on days we need longer coverage, he takes a half dose booster.
He’s also on clonidine to help him sleep at night and we give magnesium so we haven’t had an issue with bedtime - we usually give a booster at least 4 hours before bedtime. |
Correct, but 20mg XR doesn't last longer than 15mg XR. There's no way that a booster at 4 would reduce the amount of XR needed in the morning. |
