Uniqlo makes bra tanks and soft bras for teens. The sister brand GU also makes nice soft bras that would be good for teens.

How so? I’m a large chested woman who finds it uncomfortable not to wear a bra. There’s no way I could comfortably do sports without one - I even prefer to sleep in one. (Though for that I pick a larger band size and no wires.)
