So... people were given instructions and just kept... overloading the equipment? Where things would not go anywhere? In their cabins or were they being cheeky like my DH in a hotel going down to the public restrooms?

I was also horrified, long before the fire.

He had just gotten divorced and probably intimidated by the thought of having to entertain a pre-teen solo.

I personally thought the dad traveling with his daughter was... odd and creepy.
