How do you juggle extracurricular activities for multiple kids?

One kid, divide and conquer. SAHP, and other parent does some stuff nights and weekends. It's exhausting. I gave up carpooling as it was always me driving all the kids with no help and when I couldn't no one else would take my kid. They'd expect drop off/pick up at their house and they couldn't take mine occasionally when they actually took theirs.
