Does your teen DD spend a lot of time in her room?

Typical I guess but it bothers me too. My 17 yo does this even when she has nothing scheduled or going on. My 15 yo will kind of engage with the rest of the house/family (ie come out willingly and not just when asked) and seems to get bored of phone time but the 17 yo never seems to.

So what if she is? It’s her free time and her body. It’s healthy and she isn’t hurting anyone. I would just respect her privacy and let her do this.
