I think referring to an entire family by a class stratification based on a kid’s swim time is a great way to build group cohesiveness.

haha - from a schedule of 5 morning and 2 practice options to a schedule of 4 morning and 3 evening practices per week.


Can you share league and division? 4am practice sounds insane to me for summer swim.
