Friend wants me to leave a 5-star review for their business, but I don't want to

First of all, I don't want to read fake reviews from my doctor's wife who thinks he's a great guy and is sure that translates to his work. I want to read reviews from actual patients who have received care from this doctor.

Second of all, I don't get the sense OP's friend is a cardiologist. Sounds more like my friend who joined some hemp oil/CBD MLM and kept pestering me to buy from her and leave reviews.
