And btw, Americans if you are considering sending your kids there it’s pronounced loth-bur-ah

Loughborough seems to have a lot of money for merit aid, and the students seem to get good jobs.

Quite frankly, I don’t know much about Loughborough and I’m English. I went to Bristol and my husband to Edinburgh.

how is this relevant. Let me as a UK parent look at what a meaningless US Magazine has to say about UK undergraduate unis. Thanks.
You yanks cant even rank your own schools (USNWR has Ohio State at #66 in the world and Notre Dame at #407! Hahahahahahah That is a joke of a list.….99.9% of Americans cant even point on a map where N Ireland is, imaging finding out where Manchester, Exeter or Glasgow is located.

Please. we have our own rankings. They are all different and some focus on some things that the other two do not. NONE of these 3 are focused on Graduate programs or research, which is basically what QS and others focus on…….These UK rankings is about undergraduate education.

HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA…… This has to be the most absurd ranking in the world…..Go ahead like PP said and send your kid to Ohio State vs LSE.

Ohio State as the $66, while LSE is #234

I’m glad you are in the know with your childish #IYKYK hashtag.

2 University of St Andrews 98.6
3 University of Cambridge 94.5
4 LSE 88.1
5 Imperial College London 82.6
6 Durham University 80.8
7 University of Bath 79.5
8 University of Warwick 75.2
9 University College London 74.8
10 Loughborough University 74

Save for a spot here or there or the inclusion of Loughnorough or Lancaster now and then, every single one of the 3 big UK rankings from the last 10 years have pretty much the same 5 schools in the top 5: Oxbridge/LSE/Imperial/St Andrews. This has been the case for a while….nothing new here.

I agree. Us/UK citizen here recently returned to the UK with 2 kids in a top 10 UK college.
